Processing & Handling

All U-DRIFTR™ orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

• Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially around holidays), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following via UPS:

• Standard Shipping: FREE (3-7 Business Days)
• UPS 3 Day Select®: 3 Business Days
• UPS 2nd Day Air®: 2 Business Days
• UPS Next Day Air Saver®: Next Business Day delivery by end of day.

Express Shipping Cut-off Time

For Next Day and 2nd Day Air orders, the order must be placed before 2:00 PM EST to be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will ship the following business day.

No PO Boxes

U-DRIFTR™ units ship via UPS. Because UPS requires a physical address for delivery, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please ensure a physical street address is provided at checkout to avoid shipping delays or order cancellation.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
